03. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

04. SHIPMENT TRACKING & TRANSPARENCY
Once your CV LINENS package is dispatched, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking identifier will be sent to your registered address.

Data Synchronization: Please allow 1 – 3 business days for the carrier's system to update the tracking status after the initial label creation.

Transit Status: If updates do not appear immediately, rest assured your package is securely moving through the international postal network.
05. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXATION
For our international clientele, orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

06. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Our automated fulfillment system initiates processing shortly after an order is placed to minimize wait times.

Grace Period: For address corrections or order cancellations, you must contact us at service@cvlinens.ink within 12 hours of purchase.

Finality: Once an order reaches the "Processing" or "Shipped" status, we are unable to implement further modifications or cancellations.
07. PROTECTION FOR LOST OR DAMAGED FREIGHT

Damaged Goods: If your linens arrive compromised, please provide photographic evidence to service@cvlinens.ink within 72 hours of delivery. We will coordinate a complimentary replacement.

Lost Shipments: In the event a carrier officially confirms a package as lost in transit, CV LINENS will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost to you.
